Zeerafashion Foundation is a non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering young people—especially those from underserved communities—through free, world-class fashion training, mentorship, and entrepreneurship support.

What we do?

Zeerafashion Foundation is the social-impact arm of Zeera Culture, a leading Nigerian fashion brand founded by visionary designer Worgu Victory Izeoma. Created to address unemployment, poverty, and skill gaps in Africa’s creative economy, the Foundation provides free training in fashion design, tailoring, textile development, and business skills.

We focus on youth aged 16–30, especially young women and those from disadvantaged backgrounds who lack access to formal education or funding.

Free Fashion Training Program

Our flagship program offers an intensive hands-on training covering:

Fashion Design
Pattern Drafting
Tailoring & Garment Construction
Fabric Cutting
Textiles & African Prints
Digital Fashion Skills

Classes are delivered through expert mentors, industry professionals, and experienced fashion designers.

Mentorship & Career Coaching

Students receive one-on-one mentorship from designers, seamstresses, entrepreneurs, and industry experts.
We help trainees:

  1. Identify their strengths
  2. Build professional portfolios
  3. Prepare for apprenticeships
  4. Learn fashion business fundamentals
  5. Set up small businesses or micro-enterprises

Entrepreneurship & Business Support

We equip young creatives with practical business skills:

Branding & Marketing
Customer Service
Basic Financial Management
How to Start a Fashion Business with Low Capital
Access to small tools and starter kits

Textile Innovation & African Heritage Program

A programme dedicated to:

  • Promoting Nigerian textiles

  • Teaching students about traditional fabrics

  • Preserving cultural fashion knowledge

  • Encouraging innovation using African fabrics

Women Empowerment Projects

Special training tracks designed for:

  • Disadvantaged girls

  • Single mothers

  • Out-of-school young women

  • Survivors of hardship or poverty

Our women-focused programs provide skills that lead directly to income generation.
